Registration
All participants are required to register online and pay the applicable registration fees as outlined in the fee table below.
Early registration fees apply from 1 April to 15 June 2026, followed by standard registration fees from 16 June to 31 August 2026.
Due to the limited capacity and high profile of the conference, registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 300 participants.

Additional Options and Fees
The category ‘V4 Participants‘ refers to attendees from the Visegrad Four countries: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia.
The Registration Fee covers access to all plenaries and workshops, the conference package, refreshment breaks, and lunches. The Conference Dinner is available for an additional €35.
Participants are expected to cover their own registration, accommodation, and travel expenses*. No financial support for these costs is provided by the conference organisers.
*Note: Transportation costs for shuttle buses between the conference venue and Kosice (KSC) and Krakow (KRK) airports will be covered by the conference organisers.
Registration fees include 23% VAT in accordance with Slovak law. No additional taxes will be charged.
